Vocals
Shauna has been involved with a number of music ministries across Alberta since she was a teenager as a vocalist, pianist and flautist, including Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Red Deer and later St. Joseph's College Chapel at the University of Alberta. While attending medical school at the U of A, she was a co-director of the medical student "Courtyard Choir". More recently, she sang with the Life Teen Band at the previous St. Michael's location. She left the band to pursue further medical training, and joined the Inspirition Band upon returning to Calgary in 2010. When not working as a Pediatric Intensivist at the Alberta Children's Hospital PICU, Shauna feels very blessed to be able to worship with such talented musicians at the Sunday 5 pm Mass. Her children and husband are her biggest fans!
